CRM > Leads > Select a lead > Click on Convert to Opportunity
Once you click on ‘Convert to Opportunity,’ a new popup will appear and it will create a fresh opportunity.
If you select ‘Merge with existing opportunities’, a new option will appear to choose the opportunities.
You can assign the new opportunity to a salesperson and his team.
If you select ‘Do not link with a customer,’ then no customer will be linked.
CRM > Sales > My Pipeline
One of the main features of Odoo is the drag and drop functionality. You can change the opportunity status or stage by dragging from one stage to another.
CRM > Sales > My Pipeline > Click on +icon i.e Add Column
You can configure the stages by clicking on Add column (i.e +icon).

You can create a quotation by two methods:
CRM > Sales > My Quotations > Create
CRM > Sales > My Pipeline > Click on an opportunity
Once you win the opportunity, click on ‘New Quotation.’ It will automatically create a new quotation for the won opportunity.
