Scope of Work

PRO-SMV sought our ERP development services to improve their application’s user adoption and performance by converting the Desktop-based application into a web application. We encountered the following challenges in their web app development -

  • System Designing.
  • Monolithic architecture.
  • Inefficient query execution.
  • Issues with real-time SMV calculation.
  • Slow page loading.

Our Solution

Our ERP development team conducted a detailed evaluation of the client’s existing desktop application and suggested shifting to a microservices architecture to fulfill the project requirements. The team used a technology stack consisting of Spring 4.0, PostgreSQL, and JPA to overcome our client’s challenges with the following deliverables -

  • Designed an application domain design that suits the application.
  • Developed the application using microservices architecture.
  • Improved data fetch performance issues using JPA, Native SQL and procedures.
  • Used Angular to improve the user experience for the end-user.
